We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to become a valued member of our dedicated team. Your role will be vital in creating a safe, fun, and positive environment where children can enjoy their lunch break—supporting play, social interaction, and overall wellbeing.
What You'll Do
- Supervise pupils during lunchtime and outdoor play, ensuring their safety and happiness
- Foster inclusive and imaginative play opportunities for children of all ages
- Promote positive behaviour, kindness, and respectful relationships
- Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
- Collaborate with staff to uphold our school’s values and a nurturing environment
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Commitment to providing high-quality play and social experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, patient, and always maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience in a school or childcare setting is a plus but not necessary
