A Leadership Role with Purpose
As Assistant Principal, you will play a key role in the strategic leadership of the academy, working alongside the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to drive school improvement and deliver outstanding outcomes for all students.
As our SENDCO, you will lead and develop a highly effective SEND provision that enables every learner to achieve success. You'll champion inclusion, ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice, and work collaboratively with families, staff and external agencies to create exceptional support for students with additional needs. This is an opportunity to:

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with Qualified Teacher Status.
- Has successful leadership experience and a proven record of improving student outcomes.
- Has a passion for inclusive education and raising achievement for students with SEND.
- Can inspire, motivate and develop colleagues at all levels.
- Uses data intelligently to drive improvement and inform decision making.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Shares our commitment to equity, inclusion and high expectations for every child.
- Brings energy, resilience and a determination to make a difference.
SENDCO experience or relevant SEND qualifications would be highly advantageous.
